Harvested at optimum maturity The Carignan is vinified in whole bunch carbonic maceration. The Grenache undergoes a short pre-fermentation maceration followed by traditional red vinification.
20% of the production is aged in new French oak barrels for 8 months. The wine is then blended to produce a balanced, harmonious wine.
A showcase for Carignan, the Boutenac terroir has elevated this famous grape variety to the ranks of the greats, where it reveals the brilliance of its strength and elegance.
