Description
Château Belle Isle 2022 is harvested at optimum maturity. The Carignan is vinified in whole bunch carbonic maceration. The Syrah and Grenache undergo a short pre-fermentation maceration followed by traditional red vinification.
Serving suggestions
Serve at a temperature of between 14 and 16°C.
Food and wine pairing : A delight with roasted or grilled meats.
Cellaring potential: 10 to 15 years.
