Nose : Fresh, with notes of red cherries and a hint of chocolate
Palate : Fresh and round, but slightly chiselled, with good length. Notes of fresh tomatoes, a touch of mint, red fruit and sweet spices.
The beauty of the Mediterranean sky has inspired us to create two wines, the rosé and the rouge de l'Isle, which embrace each other in their twilight glow, from the delicate rose of the wild rose to the flamboyant red of the rose, and in the depth of their aromas.
